At CoutureDeModa (operated by Aura Loom Limited), we make checkout simple, secure, and convenient. All transactions are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

These methods allow guest checkout without mandatory account creation.

Applying Discount Codes

To use a promo or discount code:

1. Enter it in the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout.
2. Click Apply to update your total.

Note: The discount applies only after clicking Apply. If you proceed without applying it, the full amount will be charged.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. For payment disputes, refer to your card issuer or PayPal.
